Blood Drinker

Life of a Vampire

As long as I can remember,

My body thirsted for the life source

Of the humans around me,

The red essence that they take for granted

No one knew of my secret desire

The thing that I always longed for

Havent yet figured out

How i can get by on another source.

To live is to die

To hunt is to be the prey

Once my life can be over,

The reign of terror can no longer hold

No religion can save me

No deity to pray to.

Dont get it wrong,

The sex can be great too.

With no religion to follow

Or rules to guide me,

Evolution rules my days

And hunting guides my sight

Thus is the life of a vampire

The life of who i never was

Die at dawn,

Or use blood to survive
