Bitterness Residing

Remember you are a blessing

even with minions contesting

regardless what they relay to you

you just keep progressing

negativity is a drug

some think food

and keep digesting

and live that life with hatred

in their hearts

not so refreshing

they've allowed the sun to set

and slumber with that etching

a scar across the chest

and awaken without regretting

what has been expressed

the previous night collecting

thoughts in retrospect

and no ones apologizing

so much pride im guessing

but who are we impressing

not ourselves apparently

repulsive image reflecting

some dont recognize

the truth and think theyre safely

walking righteously

among the dead,

my thoughts exactly

those who concur with such ideals

is nuts

the reason why i distance myself

from those

who dont give a fuck

what selfishness they linger in

accustomed to the smell

dont realize that its feces.

i guess they can never tell

you are who you surround yourself with

and thats for sure

and only you can make arrangements

and make it a safe haven

pardon my observance

but how are you escalating?

or decline to a bottomless pit

thats some vacation

that bitterness residing inside

will you collide?

and eventually turn to depression

or even suicide

again the choice is yours

to keep on the path you follow

live it day to day

or you NEVER will see tomorrow
