Being a teen means finding out who you really are
Who your real friends are
Finding out what you want to be in your future
Because it is your future
Being a teen means that you'll make mistakes
And that's okay, it really is because you will learn from them
That is some of the best knowledge you can gain from your whole life
You will learn to set your expectations not too high
Adults don't know everything about you
Being a teen means that you'll have to make a lot of choices
Some easy and some very hard
Don't be afraid to stand apart or voice your opinion from time to time
You matter, too! Don't let anyone tell you different.
