Behind Closed Doors
She’s stronger than you think.
These walls give me the best company.
The night eases my restless mind.
Music is my space shuttle to serenity.
A happy day is hard to find.
I wear a mask made of camouflage.
Hard to tell my emotions apart.
Never been a morning person.
Placid nights spent in the dark.
Fooled me once yeah what a shame.
My heart is numb to all your games.
The bitter gather around for misery.
Being “loyal” just isn’t the same.
They say the eyes see the soul.
Well, Why can’t you seem I’m good enough?
So many boys chasing hoes.
Yet , when a woman’s fed up...
Behind closed doors she’s weeping.
Looking for something to grasp.
Behind closed doors she’s thinking.
Is love really meant to last?
Behind closed doors your thinking?
She’s weak willed and naive.
Yet all along your wrong.
She’s moved on to succeed.
Behind Closed Doors .

I love to write. It’s my way of expressing my inner emotions. This is a way people good get to know me personally. I’ve been writing poetry since Junior High. Poetry has always been my favorite genre of reading.
