Travelling Poetry

Bored at home? You don’t need to go

Abroad to have a good holiday.

Never underestimate the exquisite

Beauty of local history and

Undiscovered rural delights.There’s

Rows of paths to choose from:

You can do them in any order or even go

Twice or ride them all at once,

On an expensive seat or on foot!

Wheels overworked, but the journey feels

Angelic. I never thought I could see so much on the

Road here; distant mansions, sunbathing swans

I think I’ve seen it all. There goes another

Cow munching 9-5 under heart-shaped clouds,

Kicking rocks with open souls and loud hearts
