Balance Restored

Poem

Flowing in the wind playing with the leaves in the trees and the grass on the ground.

She smiles and dances, admiring all the beauty around.

Hugs and kisses of a peaceful nature.

The curls of her hair wrap around this being of a nonexistent nomenclature.

Tendrils of love drip from her fingertips

as rose petal lips

float from her swinging hips.

~

But, don’t get it twisted

When war comes her way

she can quickly flip it.

Feet planted on the ground

prepared to pounce.

Sword in hand

sharp enough to slice by the ounce.

Iguana vision

She’ll see all of your angles

Left dangled and mangled

with no inhibition.

~

Make no mistake,

There is a tactic here.

She only wishes to progressively position the gears.

She doesn’t take sides

Only wanting the balance to arise.

In a way to devise

a plan to redirect a world

that has been monopolized.

So strong as she meditates,

Oceans ripple

as she shifts tectonic plates.

Her intensions whisper “j’adore”

amidst the noir

as balance is restored.
