Awareness

Color or skin tone,

race or which grace.

We all our of the same race,

the same being,

no matter what the television has been saying.

Politics and parties have been falsifying terrorism.

Truth is terrorists are here living,

in each one of our DNA's

There is a dark side hidden behind all of us,

there are shooters still terrorizing all of us.

Taking our children,

with the demon that lives in all of us.

We are just too afraid to face the facts,

that the devil lives in each one of us.

Mental illness exists,

it deteriorates at all of our brains.

America can take away funding for depression,

the manic episodes that most teens are facing.

Prevent other countries from entering the nation

Our youth is facing a whole new realization,

that with every cruel word said; we continue breaking.

One nation we stand, but together we fall.

We don't need an outside country to be the doom of us all.

See in our heads, the world we live in doesn't make sense.

We have schizophrenia, PTSD, and autism.

Then comes ADHD, bipolar and anxiety.

A moment to catch my breath, no matter who is beside me.

We have to begin to face the facts,

that we are all facing the demons in our head.

We have to fight for each other,

rather than against one another.

Grab each other by the hand,

these political debates have to end.
