No Nazis in Our Gothenburg
Weeks before the media began to whip up sensationalist articles about the coming march. Thousands of violent left-wing protesters would descend upon the streets of Gothenburg they said. The dreaded Antifa, who “were equally as bad as the Nazis,” would be there too. The day before, the free Metro newspaper ran the headline “places to stay away from this Saturday.”

Illuminati Confirmed!
There is no denying that the world we live in today is one of unequally distributed power. Five of the richest men in the world own more than 50% of global wealth. The haves and the have nots are clear to see. Whilst, the majority of the world provide the driving force behind the world’s economy, a few live off profiting from the masses’ hard work becoming richer and richer. In short, the majority of the world is under the control of a clique of rich people.

What is NoFap?
NoFap: a movement to abstain from porn and masturbation. The premise is simple, porn affects our brains, it warps our view on sexuality and derails our lives. Through masturbating to porn we program our brains to be stimulated by porn’s pixilated titillations and, as a result, the brain becomes desensitized to real sexual stimulation. Over time the need for porn increases, ten minutes grows to an hour and so on. What was once appealing becomes boring, resulting in the porn user watching more extreme sexual films. Through abstaining, Fapstronauts, as they are known, undergo a“reboot.” Rebooting describes the “rewiring” of the brain through abstinence.

A Mancrisis – the Crises in Manhood
The existentialist philosopher Simone de Beauvoir, in The Second Sex, described the situation of women as “One is not born, but rather becomes, a woman.” In essence, ignoring the biological factors, de Beauvoir describes the idea of women and men as being a social construct that the individual takes upon themselves to give meaning to their existence. Previously, men were seen as the norm, whilst women were seen as abnormal. From this place of inequality, men were given a central roll in society and women were seen as an addition to men.

Great Affirmations and Where To Find Them
A useful tool in facing the hurly burly of the world is the affirmation. Every day we are exposed to hundreds if not thousands of messages from every imaginable place. Your boss, a co-worker, an advert on TV or even a past event all have messages that affect how you view yourself and the world around you. Some of these messages are not positive for you and will hold you back.

A Class In Anxiety
The dry mouth, sweaty palms and a sense of impending doom, are symptoms we can all relate to. Anxiety and stress are natural parts of protecting ourselves from danger, but they can also be debilitating. The individual may be overwhelmed and their reality perverted, sapping them of confidence and making it difficult to go on.

The Law of Attraction and Getting What You Want.
The universe we live in is made of energy. Everything we perceive is energy in some form or another, even our thoughts. All energy has a vibrational frequency, vibrating at a specific rate. We as beings transmit different frequencies of vibration into the universe. Our vibrations attract energies with the same vibrational frequency. This means that attitudes, emotions and even our thoughts that can raise or lower our vibrations that attract different energies to us, which in turn alters the physical world through its manifestation.

Grenfell Tower Fire and the Dominate Ideology
Those responsible, along with their allies within society, are now furiously denying their involvement, blaming everything from EU to the opposition, whilst trying to discredit those who fight for the victims within the political arena. For a saving of two pounds per square inch, the Kensington and Chelsea Tenant Management Organization who were responsible for Grenfell Tower refurbishment failed to install fire-resistant cladding. The £8.7 million refurbishment also failed to install a sprinkler system, or even cover basic fire safety equipment. Even when the local authority is “doing the right thing” by evacuating and rehousing those affected, media outlets insinuate that these measures are unfair and unjust. Despite the obvious political choices made to save money at the expense of providing people with lower incomes with safe housing and its repercussions, it is those who stand for the poor and want change who are in the wrong.

Millennials Are Aliens and They Are Alienated
The Millennial generation has so much choice, so many life chances and so much technology at the finger tips, they have become the object of hate and ridicule from previous generations. The stereotypical Millennial survives on little more than Wi-Fi and coffee-infused youthful energy. But above all else, Millennials are dependent on social media and their smartphones.
