Frozen Still
In the beginning, there was hope. Now we are barely holding on to the rope. Day by day, I watch as the darkness grows. My heart breaks, yet they do not know. I could tell my heart, yet I wonder what good would that do when it is not heard from the start?

Power of Words
"Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me." This is a phrase we have all heard more than once in our lives. In my heart, mind and spirit; I understand this phrase is only true if you permit words to hurt you. Instead of allowing hateful words to penetrate my wall of truth and love; I find by offering words of mercy and kindness, hateful words become nothing.

Serenity
My peace, my calm little angel; how her light shines so bright. Her eyes are calming oceans of blue, which reflect her Grace and might. She brings joy and peace wherever she goes; her Spirit quiet as she grows. Animals come to her by instinct so pure; her amazing light within is their lure.
