Oh what it would be like,
to be a piece of art.
To have people stare
in awe,
in admiration.
To have a meaning
behind the beauty.
To have that secret,
everyone wants to figure out.
I could have many meanings
to many people.
I could have no meaning at all.
I could just be
pleasurable to the eye.
That's more than I am now,
or ever will be.
Oh to be such a treasure,
a collectible.
To be wanted by so many.
To be loved,
by so many.
Oh what it would be like,
not to be ordinary,
but to be unique,
one of a kind.
Oh what it would be like
to be a piece of art.
Wouldn't that be lovely.
If only.
If only,
that could be.
