Artificial Light

Liar

I wrote a poem about you being sunlight.

But i now see your artificial rays.

For you like to say that you are something true,

Even when it's lies.

Haven't I told you, actions speak louder than words do?

Should you be reminded?

Did you misplace your Brain?

Or were you artificial the whole time?

Looking for the perfect cloud

To cast your rain.

You are the opposite of light.

You aren't truth.

You don't mean the words you say you do.

You shine brightly at first and then dim the whole room,

Negative vibes are what surround you.

You are just an artificial light.

Whose bulbs just blew.
