AR-10 Slung Around Her Back

(In a White Dress, No Less)

She just graduated

From Kent State...

By all means

Let her stroll

As the sun

Beams off her pale skin,

With her AR-10

Slung around

Her back

In a white dress,

No less.

Maybe she may

Shoot up to celebrate?

Let her stroll around

And abound

On her campus

In her white dress,

No less.

Maybe she may get

As many as ten

(Oh fuck,

What a shame!

Did you look

At the news again?

Already done.

Send prayers but

Isn't it old news at this point?

Feel free

To let me know when

It's bigger then Las Vegas-

Higher than sweet fifty-nine.

Please, let the numbers roll

And the bullets fly, girl,

In your white dress,

No less.)

Maybe she is looking

For that high score

To nail

After graduating.

Maybe we can

Give her that dream

Of a body count, America.

Maybe she can set

A personal record

In a day.

All them

Innocent white boys

Who don't even

Go to college

Get their own score

To settle

All the time

In the land

Of the so free

And the home

Of the shot up

And broken.

It would be a shame

To discriminate

Such a pale,

Pretty girl,

A college graduate,

With an AR-10

Slung around her back

In a white dress,

No less.
