America

What we were is not who we are.

Colors of red, white and blue fireworks in the sky going boom bang boom- the flag stands tall, through rain and snow- flying strong. This is America and this is their song.

"We the people of the United States of America- in order to create a more perfect union, establish justice and promote tranquility- provide for the common defense promote general welfare assets to obtain and establish this Constitution of the United States of America"- funny thing is I'm Canadian, eh.

This country I have lived in- has became one lacking care- we always been a mixing pot, new immigrants beware. We were promised freedom, and justice still not served- welcome to America where people forgot how to care.

I'm not saying, Americas bad- many countries have it worse, all I'm saying is the American Dream is cursed. A land of opportunity- for this with valid status. Jobs throughout the land- only if you cling to the invisible hand. Common Core academics that are complete nonsense- a piece of paper going nowhere- students of America beware. Technology is taking over- common sense becoming dull- welcome to America, this is a perfect union after all.

Trump wants to build a wall- lock the Mexicans behind a stall. Trump is taking children from mothers and fathers when they come here by illegal means. "They're taking advantage of our taxes", the civilians scream- "If they don't have their cards, they can't live heres' so they need to go home."

Now, I'm not saying Americas bad- but there's war on the blacks and war on the girls who aren't into ball sacks.

Colors of red, white and blue- welcome to America, we are all doomed.

"Pursuit of happiness"

There's a war on happiness.

"Right to bear arms"

There's a war on that too.

Welcome to America, let the bells ring true- there's freedom for them, but none for you.

"In order to create a more perfect union"- we need to build a wall- Americas turning out to be the most "perfect" union after all.
