To care for

Heartbeat

I feel my heart

As it pumps up

And down

It is content.

It lives inside of

my chest

I can feel it so

strongly

A sense of

contentment

It has reached

the space

it longs to fill.

What Freedom Brings

Relief comes

first; this

overwhelming

relief that you

now are untied,

yes, you are

finally free!

Then comes

the calm. Sit

down, lay

down, do

whatever you

need. Get

comfortable,

you could be

here for a while.

And hey, you

donʼt mind - not

one bit.

Now, now

comes joy. Now

comes

happiness.

Now comes the

freedom that

comes with

independence.

And that is how

boundaries are

formed. That is

how walls are

built. This is

how an

individual is

born again.

Who are you

will you be

revolved from

who now lays in
