Another day, another tragedy, but today, it's more than tragic, see,
What happened today was someone who's "insane" just took out their rage, and they took out their hate on the innocent victims we honor today
He bought them a grave, and laid them to waste, it's sick and insane, and what did he gain from causing this pain?
Not a god damned thing
That's what really stings, this didn't bring him anything
Yet here we all are, tweeting and texting
Trying to learn everything about this
This fucking selfish act of hate
They tell us to wait, and just to have faith, that they'll stop this shit
Then they turn around and tell us there's no way for them to prevent it
It makes me want to quit, seems like it's becoming hopeless
Because if you'll notice, we're the only ones soulless enough to let this happen
So fasten your seat belts, it's time for a change
We need to rearrange the way things happen here
We need to hear the fear being caused by the puppeteers and clear it away
We can't just wait and pray anymore, we can't ignore this hate and ignorance
We can't use indifference and wait for deliverance
This disturbance is an all too common occurrence and its up to us to determine if we're gonna be uncertain about how to stop this, or if we're gonna pull the curtains on this and put an end to it
It truly is up to us
We just need to make the final change
Turn a school or a club back from a shooting range
