A Poem

Souls Beneath the Surface

A floating rock that spoke

Of the lives that used to be

here. With traces of the

history of this planet although

There is no life on the surface.

This planet isn’t completely deserted.

This planet’s core has a little more juice,

or at least enough for what is

left of the human race to abuse again.

With lives of beings who are

using the planet for their

benefit and slowly sucking

All of the life that it has left.

Space Escape

“Day 483 in space, people.”

“Day 483 in space, people.”

The human beings who

destroyed the planet that

gave them everything that

it had. And how do they

repay this wonderful

planet, they take the tools

that they need and then

they leave the planet to

die. They use a machine

to hover over the planet

that they murdered.

After the Stages of Denial

Harmony, and peace

Flourish in this planet

As those beings that

for so long destroyed

this planet finally

realized that this

planet is all that

they have. Now they

have finally stopped

thinking of themselves

They started to live

with the other beings

in peace and harmony

The Secrets of the Glowing Bubbles

It is dark, there is thick fog

covering the surface.

It is dark, you can’t see anything

other than dots of lights in the

distance

It is dark except for the

Bubbles of the thriving

Human species that isolated

themselves from the disaster

that they created.

Empty

Dusty dark and dead

This floating

Cold

Rock

That used to be flourishing

with life now is a cemetery for

The souls that used to inhabit it.

What used to be

a vibrant

green planet now is

a rock

With nothing but ashes the

oxygen has left the atmosphere

and greenhouse gases have

Invaded and made it home

In what

We

Used

To

Call

Ours.
