I challenge you (yeah you) to…
read this until the end
be cautious with your words, most importantly with the ones you say to yourself
understand that you are so much more than how society wants to define you. Your name, career, and where you live do not do you justice because you are… no need to fill in the blank
dare to be open-minded to any and all new opportunities
fully embrace the love you can hold for yourself
constantly define and redefine your definition of love… for all things
accept that we are all connected through one way, shape or form
spend time in nature, in order to develop an understanding of the beauty that exists around us and inside of us
pay attention to animals, they tell us what they want to say using ways in which we don't know
how to listen
listen to music
combine all five senses into each and every moment (it is like making cookies, many ingredients get you something so sweet aka the sixth)
inspire others with your energy, allow them to feel it rather than just see it, transfer this across and through oceans
dream during the daytime, and also at night
fully embrace death in order to begin life
seek simplicity, abundance, and clarity
understand that life is one big circle
learn as much as you can as often as you can
be passionate
be kind
just be
demand peace (oxymoron)
know that just like you (yeah you), the world is not in need of change, it is in want of change…
“Someday we’ll be able to measure the power of words. I think they are things. They get on the walls. They get in your wallpaper. They get in your rugs, in your upholstery, and your clothes, and finally into you,” as Maya Angelou had said.
