Assuming on a GBH case — you don't know until you know everything.
1, 2, 3, defendants with no marks
And
1, 2 witnesses with "serious harm"
An assault case, involving alcohol
You do the math
But wait
You cannot assume what you think
There is always more
The 2 were drunk
The 3 were drinking
They meet, they drink
Time passes, they separate
Time passes, they meet
This time; 1 of the 2 is running home
Why? "My jacket"- it's May
Where? Towards the 3
As I write, I am aware I have decoupled an attachment to 2 of the 3 — the final one is in custody so I don't know him.
1 is sweet but we don't share the same native tongue.
2 is funny-looking, I look at his side profile all day, an old face, he told me he's 23 however, with a young nose — it's sweet, he's not cute. His nose curves up, if you know me, it's like mine.
He has sweet green eyes
He fancies me
He was the peacemaker — there is evidence of this
He does share my naked tongue, maybe we could share more
When he's nervous, he is nervous right now, any innocent man would be, he pulls on his chin.
As I was saying
1 of 2 runs at the 3
Punches the tallest; custody boy
A fight breaks out
5 drunk men, sadly I'd expect no less
Why so aggressive
Makes me so sad
It's not my fault, your fault, or their fault, that the 2 were poor punchers and came out damaged
1, 2, 3 defendants with no marks
1, 2 witnesses with "serious marks"
An assault case
An assault case of 2 witnesses on 3 defendants
That is the correct assumption
Thank you.
