Mental Health

There's this girl I know

she wasn't the happiest

she wasn't always the bravest

she wasn't still who people thought she was

she had a lot of problems that not everyone could handle

but she was one of the most helpful people you would meet

always smiling

always laughing

always seemed like she was having a great time

but she was never truly happy

one night the sadness overcame her body

She decided to go for a drive...

both hands on the wheel, eyes forward

she stared at every electrical pole as she passed them 1 by 1

till finally she swerved her car and hit head-on into one of the poles

now, this story have 2 alternative endings

one, her guardian angel has her back and she lives

she goes to the hospital and her family is all there

she tells them all that she lost control of the car and that everything is okay

the doctor comes in and as everyone he re-asks what happened

she then proceeded to tell him that she tried to kill herself

she gets put on suicide watch but at least she gets to keep living her life

two, the impact with the car hitting the pole and the airbag opening was too much for her little fragile body

paramedics rush to the scene, cars stop right in their tracks

\everyone is trying to save the young girl but it's too late

she hit her head too hard jolting forward

she was still brought to the hospital and her family was notified right away

they were told that they can go say their goodbyes either one by one or together

first comes in her mother

the person that single handily raised her for many years of her life unwillingly

the one that always made sure she had a roof, food, and hot water

her mother falls to her bedside not knowing what happened to the little girl she raised years ago

next cam in her siblings

the ones who were always up her but to make sure she turned into a good kid

the ones that she went to to talk about everything too

the only people that honestly knew her

next came in cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends

no one knowing why this would happen

then her mother comes in one last time

she takes a seat next to her cold daughter's body and starts talking

telling her how great of a kid she was

how she was always happy and determined to make her dreams come true

how she knew that life was hard for her but she kept going

how she knew school was hard but she never gave up

she tells her daughter she loves her and kisses her on the forehead one last time

and the girl is up in heaven, looking down at all the damage that has been done

she sees all the people that actually cared for her

she realizes she made a mistake and wants to go back

the worst part is, you can't unkill yourself.
