Letting air flow through my nostrils.
Eyes closed, arms extending east and westward.
Toes, imprinting the ground on which I walk.
Breathe in out breathe. In
All of the energy from life
Comes out when the board bends.
This is the leap the jump plunge,
Into all of the what-ifs,
A pool of opportunity awaits.
Preparing to dive in,
An unrecognized place for things hoped for,
Things unseen things too daring to speak.
A better life; one without stress. Worry free.
Joy; beyond measure. Without limits.
Love; unable to run out. Or hit back.
Happiness; contingent only upon me.
Free...freedom. For me, free from shame.
Taking a chance,
Walking the line too thin to not land on.
Yet too heavy to bare.
