Finality

Shakespearian Sonnet

Lil tipsy and making up my own words to the heartbroken ballad

My mindless heart I fear is now in danger.

Because it's like an empty, open wound.

She's waiting for her longing love to love her

Alone she wishes on the midnight moon.

But in the very end she know's it's hopeless

Just waiting for her lustful dream to die.

Then she is filled with such shocking awareness

That she knows 'twas all a bloody lie.

And in the brutal calm of every silence

She thinks there's so much more she needs to know..

And when she's faced with isolated violence,

It's then, she knows, it's way past time to go.

And so departs her impotent desire

Now blackened from their burnt, eternal fire.
