Judge the color of their words

Are they fluorescent incandescent blends?

Or are they faded patchy two-toned messes?

Are they life giving or soul snatching?

Can they heal brokenness or do they just break?

Is their malintent to murder the spirit and to turn off the light?

And do you let them?

Don't you want to plant your roots in the ground and yell "you can't shake me!"?

Because their words are only designed to take your metallicity and trick you into thinking your role is to be

But the One that designed you did so intricately and specifically put love and life into your heart in the form of glitter

You are vibrant and you are shimmering.

There is no one like you--

Let your colors be eye-catching, and brighten up this dark, dark world
