I feel like I have hit a point
A point of no return.
I stand at the front of the line,
A line from parts unknown.
I hop from foot to foot,
dancing in the breeze.
I try to choose which path to take,
But both diverge from me.
Both seem to me to be the same,
but from where I came.
I know my choice is hard to make,
for lord knows what I've seen.
I have walked from far beyond,
but always stayed on path.
Now the choice is up to me,
there is no going back.
I have to choose which path to take,
Before time passes by.
I must rely here on my gut,
for answers to the why.
The time has come to make a move,
And I am stuck in place.
I take a breath and move my feet,
praying for the some grace,
I close my eyes and make a wish,
For all to work out well.
For I am caught between two paths,
Where one could lead to hell.
